If you request an article, you may receive follow up letters and special reports on the same subject as the report you requested.

If you requested a report, we collect your name, company name, physical address, telephone number and email address. The information we collect is saved in our office computer database indefinitely. (If you request your name to be removed, we will do so. Email us at dawn@taxtrimmers.com.) Keeping your name on file helps us send you updated information as it becomes available. This database is located in our office, and is not accessible by the internet.

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we will keep your email address on a list on our website server, in a password-protected file. Our virtual domain is hosted by US LEC.
